Can I choose a delivery date?
We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Cash on Pickup, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We allow preferred time windows, but exact delivery time is not guaranteed due to traffic and delivery volume.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
We follow the design as closely as possible. Some flowers may be replaced depending on availability, but the overall look and color will stay the same.
Are your flowers fresh?
Yes. We use fresh flowers daily to make sure your bouquet looks vibrant and lasts longer.
Do you offer affordable options?
Yes. We have a wide range of bouquets to fit different budgets without compromising the overall look.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Yes. You can message us for custom orders based on your preferred flowers, color, and budget.
What if the recipient is not available?
Our rider will try to contact the recipient. If unavailable, we may leave the bouquet with a guard, receptionist, or reschedule delivery.
How long will the flowers last?
Fresh flowers usually last up to 7 days with proper care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, bank transfer, pick-up cash, and other available options during checkout.
How much is the delivery fee?

Can I add a message card to my order?
Yes! You can include a personalized message card with your bouquet. Just add your message during checkout or let us know when you place your order.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our main branch is in Las Piñas, open daily from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. You can also opt for pick-up if you prefer to get your bouquet in person.
Do you do event styling or bulk orders?
Yes! We offer event styling and bulk flower arrangements for weddings, debuts, corporate events, and more. Send us a message or visit our Custom Orders page for inquiries.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. 🌸
How do I take care of my flowers?
To keep your flowers fresh longer: trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water, keep away from direct sunlight and heat, and change the water every 2 days. Visit our Flower Care Guide for more tips.
