If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
If certain flowers or packaging are unavailable, we may substitute with items of equal or higher value while keeping the overall design and color palette as close as possible.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
LS BLOOMS is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

Additional fees may apply for:
• Rush delivery
• Late-night delivery
• Locations outside regular coverage

Customers will be informed before any additional charge.

5. Recipient Responsibility

Customers must ensure that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
If redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.

6. Returns & Concerns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, orders are not eligible for return.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
